Refurbishment of an elegant period building three bedroom apartment

Internal reconfiguration and refurbishment of a three bedroom apartment in an elegant period building to create a more functional, modern space.
The existing kitchen was stripped out and opened up to be incorporated into the living area.
A bedroom was knocked through and a new open-plan kitchen was installed.


The WC and bedroom 1 were altered to create a new en-suite bathroom. The old en-suite was altered to become the main bathroom.


New sanitary ware, doors, skirting and architrave were fitted
Repairs to the heating system and electrical rewire
Secondary glazing to all front elevation windows
New plaster finishes and redecoration to walls and ceilings followed by redecoration throughout
