The project works comprised the fit out of an empty shell. The new facility is a primary care health centre to address the rapidly increasing population of the Royal Wharf area, due to mass development of residential buildings.

The project consisted of numerous Consulting Rooms, two bespoke Reception Counters, Staff Offices, Toilets, Beverage Bays, Staff Kitchen, shower and break-out space, Dirty & Clean Utility Rooms, Passenger Lift, Platform Lift, two waiting areas and a roof top mechanical Plant Enclosure.
