• general repairs & improvements;
• backlog maintenance works;
• fire risk assessment works;
• new power installations;
• new lighting installations;
• mechanical heating, cooling and ventilation installation;
• alterations to exterior for mechanical ventilation;
• new fire detection, panic alarm, door access control and structured cabling installations.
