The project included works associated with the GF installation of reception/ concierge counter, with new reorientation and remodelling of back of house reception, office spaces and removal of existing site WC.

Works to the FF included the refurbishment/ replacement of the existing reception and circulation areas, including the creation of a corridor behind the existing reception desk. Reconfiguration of existing WC’s, creation of existing hand therapy and consulting room to form a new MDT and office area.

Widening existing corridor and the installation of a new nurse base and waiting space for patients. Protection, strip out works, partition alterations, mechanical and electrical alterations and upgrades and refurbishment of ceilings and flooring.
