The refurbishment and fit-out of a first-floor unit at 364- 366 Kensington High Street to a GP’s Practice with additional 5 Consultation Rooms.

The project included the installation of a new reception desk and waiting area, installation of new partitions to form new consulting rooms, office spaces, new WC’s, clean and dirty utility and staff kitchen, together with with mechanical and electrical works and associated plant installations.

Protection, strip out works, partition alterations, mechanical and electrical alterations and upgrades, and the installation of new of ceilings and flooring and all associated works.
