The works comprised refurbishment of 4 floors of the building including corridors, lounge kitchen and servery areas, 2^nd floor sensory room, maintenance office, media room to dementia café.

All redecorations to core areas and concourses; new lighting and the creation of a new beauty salon and  cinema area;  sample premier bedroom with ensuite, and the remodelling and redecoration of reception area, together with minor external repairs and maintenance works. 

The works were all carried out within a ‘live’ working environment, thus carrying out the works with consideration to the incapacitated / dementia residents.
