The project comprised of the refurbishment of the Level 4 of the Commonwealth Building to create Tissue culture labs, open laboratories, gel room, sorter room, meeting rooms and offices.

Works included full M&E services replacement including supply and extract AHUs to internal Plant Rooms with associated works to maintain adjacent live Laboratory areas, new partitions, doorsets, furniture, suspended ceilings, flooring and decorations. Laboratory furniture installation by Labflex.
