Granard House New MRI
Works comprised the stripping out and altering of an existing CT Scanner / control room / corridors and offices forming a new department for an MRI to be installed.
Major propping works were required, especially in the sub-basement area to allow for structural alterations and added stainless steel beams to strengthen the floor.
These works were logistically challenging due to the existing services in the basement and phasing of the project. Following this the general activities are as follows:
MRI Cage, Partitions and ceilings; M&E services; New doors; Flooring; Decorating; FF&E.
