PROJECT

Granard House & Horder Ward

Refurbishment and fitting out of five floors to a very high standard

£9.36m

This major upgrade project comprised the refurbishment and fitting out of five floors to a very high standard to provide private clinical ward and outpatient facilities. The works were largely undertaken concurrently.

In addition considerable services infrastructure upgrade works were included within this contract, including plant de-centralisation, two new lifts along with power, medical gas and fire alarm upgrades.

A large extension was constructed on the roof at level five to provide considerable increased space to Horder Ward.
