The project was the construction of a new four storey 60 bed care home with partial basement, including all fixtures, fittings and equipment and all associated external works including car parking and drainage.

Cuffe plc were appointed to take over the completion of this project following the demise of the original contractor. The works were completed to a very high standard and within budget. This project won its category in the Pinders Healthcare Awards 2016.

The scope of works included:-
Installation of windows and external doors and construction of balconies;
Complete fitting out including all finishes with furniture fixtures & fittings;
Mechanical and electrical installation including ventilation;
Installation of two thirteen person passenger lifts;
External works and landscaping.
