The project comprised of the refurbishment of a section of office area on the first floor and the extension of the same floor into the rear car park.

The extension was built over at third floor level with an extension of the loft area to form the plant room. New drainage, mechanical / electrical and medical gas services were provided for the new area. When the new Endoscopy area was formed the existing area was removed at the final and second stage of the scheme.
