Ground Floor Waiting Room Extension
Infilling of existing open courtyard area adjacent to reception area to form new Waiting Room.

First Floor Internal
Remodelling and refurbishment of existing building areas as shown on the Phasing Plans.

Out of Hours Works at Basement and Ground Floor Levels
Access to ceiling voids below work areas, to undertake removal, alteration, adaptation and provision of new services within these areas.

M&E Services
New external plant to flat roofs;
Relocating existing external plant;
New GRP plant enclosure on steel frame to flat roof;
Internal plant to the work areas and facilitating vertical and horizontal service runs within the building.

External Works
Drainage, below ground and landscaping works, generally in the vicinity of the proposed Waiting Room extension.
