The project brief was to convert a 5-storey Grade II listed house from multiple occupation back to a single dwelling together with internal and external refurbishment, redecoration and extension works.
Our scope of works included:
the restoration of existing features including cornices and moulded joinery
the sensitive integration of new services throughout
Excavation and building works to form a new basement level plant room to house AC units and other services
External repairs, redecoration and landscaping
the complete fitting out of all bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchens to an extremely high standard.
