Alteration / upgrading of existing mechanical and electrical services to support the change in use of building.
Upgrading and alteration of existing hot and cold water supplies to the new room layout configuration; new ventilation system with filtered air system to the new laboratory; medical gas installations to laboratories & procedure rooms, new toilet / bathroom installations to all floors; creation of consultation rooms on all floors with the ground and basement being transformed in a working part of the clinic; creation of recovery bays procedure rooms, production rooms and a Cryo Store; a living wall was installed within the reception area; redecorations and flooring throughout, with the existing marble tiled corridor floor being retained and repaired.
